Error description

• IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics does not
  have the ability to forecast based upon patterns of
  regular events such as Easter.
  
  Fractal forecasting can allow forecasting based upon patterns
  which are not possible with other forecasting algorithms.

• Problem Conclusion:
  New Tables: CP_EVENT_TYPE and CP_EVENT_DATE have been added to
  IZPCA to allow customers to tag certain dates as special to
  their circumstance,
  
  i.e. Chinese New Year, which may occur on a different calendar
   day each year.
  
  New Forecast algorithm: Fractal, and associated configuration
  is provided to allow forecasting on days identified in the above
  tables.
  
  New Event Forecast reports: Fractal forecasts have new Cognos
  reports which enables data to be filtered by Event Type.
  Existing reports CP CEC MIPS Forecast report and CP LPAR MIPS
  Forecast report will also show forecasts performed with the
  Fractal Forecast algorithm.
