• SUBSTR selection of a LOB resulting in ABND04E 00C90101
  DSNOGLOB:51F7 when LOB is highly compressed and the substring
  begins on a section of LOB that can be mapped to a LOB entry
  with only 1 page.

  A SUBSTR selection of a compressed LOB could result in an
  ABND04E when the start of the substr happens to fall on a
  portion of LOB that is mapped by a 1 page section.

Problem conclusion
