Error description

• In Rational Programming Pattern (RPP) 9.7.0
  In the design element, Dialog complements tab,  the value
  "Complementary length" does not appear in an editable text
  box.
  However, it can actually be modified from within the window,
  and if the modification is saved, the value sticks.
  

Local fix

• The value can be changed and saved, by selecting it and
  modifying it, even if the field is not showing as editable.
