PH31980: ABEND0E0-2D SEEN IN QMGR AFTER RRS FAIL TEST, V920 EARLY CODE DEFECT

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Abend code ABN=0E0-0000002D was observed on the CST Plex &
  points to an issue with V920 early code.
  Repeating CSQ5026E messages in the syslog after an RRS failure
  scenario on the CST Plex were also seen.
  

Local fix

• Restart the Queue Manager.

Problem conclusion

• The early code processing for RRS-MQ functionality has been
  corrected.
