Error description

• When browsing a SIB queue in the admin console, instead of all
  the messages being displayed they are shown in groups of 20,
  and each group of 20 repeats the message IDs and links from the
  first 20 messages.

  *                      admin console, messages are displayed   *
  *                      in groups of 20 per page.               *
  *                      If there are more than 20 messages on   *
  *                      the destination point, and some         *
  *                      messages have been sent to              *
  *                      and received from the destination,      *
  *                      then only the first 20 messages are     *
  *                      shown, and these are repeated on each   *
  *                      subsequent page.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The Subcursor class that points to the message objects on the
  destination contains a count variable that is used to
  determine where to start reading messages for each page in the
  admin console. This count is assigned to each message
  in an increasing manner, and is not updated when messages are
  removed from the destination. This can lead to the first
  message on the destination always being identified as the
  first one to display on each console page.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
