Error description

• In RPP 970 When a customer migrated with an older
  release of RPP, before virtual Macro, if they use a more
  recent version which proposes to leverage new generation,
  an error happens when if there are several files attached to
  its design : "Editor could not be initialized"
  

Local fix

• The attached files can be temporarily removed, then the
  Cobol re-generated, and opened without an error.
  The temporarily removed file can then be restored.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * If the design has 2 generated files, when you open the COBOL *
  * and you agree to convert it to the new generation, you can   *
  * have an exception. If you want to convert it, you must       *
  * delete this second file (not deliver this deletion) and re   *
  * open the COBOL to convert it. After that conversion, you can *
  * restore the deleted file (discarding it from your pending    *
  * changes view)                                                *
