Error description

• The parameter SQLENGNOWHEREPUSH has been replaced with
  SQLENGWHEREPUSH. SQLENGNOWHEREPUSH should be removed from the
  IN00 if it is currently present.
  
  The default value for SQLENGWHEREPUSH is set to 'NO'. To allow
  for SQL push down of predicates on Virtual Views, set
  SQLENGWHEREPUSH to 'YES' in the IN00.
