Error description

• This release includes the following improvements:
  1. Locked table cannot be opened for browse
  2. The problem of opening a table with an accelerator filled in
  the "Location" field

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ETI602E, ETI604E errors occur when a    *
  *                      table is opened with accelerator and    *
  *                      with the filled in 'Location' field.    *
  ****************************************************************
  If "EXCLUSIVE" or "SHARED" values are specified in the "Lock
  table" field in the "User Setting" panel, then a table cannot be
  opened for view, ETI574E error is returned.
  If 'Location' field is specified on the ETI$MAIN panel, then
  when a table is opened with the accelerator on the ETI$DPSC
  panel, ETI602E is returned, but the table is opened for
  edit/browse;
