Error description

• The Distributed Routing Program behaviour is no longer working
  properly in CICS TS Ver.5.5.
  If a transaction is defined as DYNAMIC(YES) ROUTABLE(YES)
  REMOTESYS(XXXX)the distributed routing program is not called.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The distributed routing program is not  *
  *                      always invoked as it should be when     *
  *                      EXEC CICS START requests are issued in  *
  *                      a routing region or a terminal owning   *
  *                      region(TOR)                             *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR addresses two issues relating to transactions
  started using EXEC CICS START commands.
  1) If a transaction is defined as dynamic(yes) routable(no)
  remotesys(xxxx) the distributed routing program is not invoked
  in the routing region.
  2) When a START command  has been dynamically routed to a target
  region the mirror transaction, CSMI or CSM2, attempts to route
  the START to the sysid specified on the transaction definition
  and fails if there is no suitable connection. The transaction
  must run in the target region.
