PH31326: INTERMITTENT HANGING SITUATION AT THE END OF AN UNLOAD PHASE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An unload sometimes hangs at the end of an unload  task.
  
  Most of the time, the latest message issued by Db2 HPU before
  hanging is part of the following list:
  - INZX009 PARTITION NO. nnnn READ, nnnn ROWS PROCESSED
  - INZX090 DDN ddname [TS tsname][PART part] : n RECORDS WRITTEN
  [IN hh:mm:ss][INTERVAL hh:mm:ss],UNLOAD DONE.
  This issue does not affect every unload but the condition for
  its occurrence cannot be described in simple terms.
  

Local fix

• none but a new submission of the unload usually completes
  normally.
