Error description

• After upgrading 9.0.5.4 to 9.0.5.5, client observed that the
  TPV 'Servlet Summary Report' page displays text with html,
  instead of image, under Application Column.

  In the "Servlets Summary Report" panel of the Tivoli Performance
  Viewer in the Administrative Console, the HTML img element is
  not
  rendered in the table cell as an image, and only gets displayed
  as
  plain text, in the application column.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed to resolve this issue, so the HTML image is
  removed from the table cells of the application columns, and onl
  the application and module names are displayed in plain text.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.19 and 9.0.5.6. For more information, see 'Recommended
