Error description

• Historical data is missing from some reports after applying the
  GA PTF.
  Improve the COGNOS sorting to ensure dates are in the
  correct order.

  *                         reports.                             *
  *                      2. Cognos reports may not display data  *
  *                         in correct chronological order.      *
  *                      3. Duplicates may appear in views after *
  *                      2nd year of collecting data without     *
  *                      running the purge process.              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  1. Cognos data model does not consistently calculate average
     MIPS.
  2. Cognos is processing date/time incorrectly for sorting.
  3. Views show duplicates when multiple years are collected.

• IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics:
  1. Cognos data model is updated to consistently calculate the
    MIPS Average for all periods. New column AVG_MIPS_USED_AVG is
    added to the following views to facilitate this change:
