Problem conclusion

• Possible ABEND and/or #INIT XML error message resulting in
  termination of the STAP for Db2 Collector agent may occur if
  either at startup up of the STAP for Db2 Collector Agent is
  unable to connect to the Guardium Appliance,  or, the policy
  pushed from the Guardium Appliance contains an error. Applying
  this PH31175 will avoid the ABEND and/or #INIT XML error
  message.
