• STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  
  1) Create a Team: testTeam
  2) Settings -> Security -> Role Configuration -> Environment ->
  'Create Type': deleteMe
  2) Create a Resource Template
  3) Create an Application Template and an Environment Template
  with the Type 'deleteMe'
  4) Create an Application and Environment based on the Templates
  5) Delete the Type: deleteMe
  6) Browse to the Application -> Environment -> Configuration
  
  Result:
  A. The Type still shows the deleted 'deleteMe' Type.
  
  B. Attempt to add a Team
  Result:
  error / alert:
  Cannot add new mappings to deleted resource roles.
  

Local fix

• with admin user access, we can remove and add teams
