Error description

• When using the collector tool to collect a full log and
  configuration information, there is high memory consumption and
  users may encounter an OutOfMemoryError.

Problem conclusion

• The collector tool script was updated to include
  the max heap memory size.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
