PH30971: ALLOCATION ERROR WHEN UNLOADING INLINE IMAGE COPY BY PARTITION FROM A PBG

Error description

• When unloading the data from the image copy of a
  partition-by-growth tablespace, Db2 HPU terminates in error with
  completion code of 8 after having issued one or several
  allocation error messages such as the following ones:
  
  - IKJ56228I UTILITY DATA SET NOT IN CATALOG OR CATALOG CAN NOT
  BE ACCESSED
  - INZI800E ERROR ACCESSING TO A DATASET. ACTION: OPEN RC: 0x8
  REASON: 0x2

  This occurs when the following conditions are fulfilled :
  - the  COPYDDN LAST_IC or COPYDDN -n option is specified
  - the input image copies are inline ones
  - the previous or n th previous image copy taken at the
  partition level (i.e. one data set per partition) was created
  while the involved table space has less partitions than at the
  time when Db2 HPU is run.
