Error description

• When HPU encounters a CLI error, it issues
  messages that only reproduce the CLI messages which are
  sometimes insufficient to determine the root cause of the error.
  The error message reporting a CLI error should also reproduce
  the content of the SQLCA messages for easier troubleshooting.
