PH30793: Saved preferences to hide debugger messages are ignored by push-to-client in IDz

Error description

• In IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz) v14.2.3.1,  the preferences to
  hide or remember the answer to debug messages (EQA*, AQE* and
  CRRDG*) are ignored by push-to-client. For example, when the
  DTCN Local Profiles view is opened,  the  CRRDG8032W message is
  displayed. If the user response to the message is "No" and
  selects "Remember my answer" to prevent the message from
  reappearing,  this debug preference is saved. However, during
  the push-to-client distribution it is ignored.

Problem conclusion

• The preference key used to hide messages contained a character
  that was not supported by push-to-client.  This character was
  changed and any old preferences will be migrated to the new
  character when the preferences are opened in a new workspace.
  
  This problem is fixed in 14.2.4 of the following products:
  IBM Debug for z/OS
  IBM Developer for z/OS
  IBM Developer for z/OS Enterprise Edition
