PH30767: SOME SUBPARAMETERS COMBINATIONS FOR VUU030/ULOPTNS CANNOT BE SPECIFIED THROUGH TOOLS CUSTOMIZER

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• The 10 lines allowed through Tools Customizer to set the
  VUU030/ULOPTNS parmlib parameter are not enough to specify  any
  valid combination of its subparameters.
  
  This limitation is even more acute when one want to specify one
  subparameter per line for better readability.
  

Local fix

• for most cases, only specifying the subparameters which desired
  value is different from the default one helps shortening the
  value of VUU030/LOPTNS so that it can be coded over the 10 lines
  allowed through Tools Customizer.
