  In cqweb when customer generates a REST URI query to view
  record. In the generated query when using format XML and
  recordID of a non existing record, the browser shows error, I
  have reproduced the issue on my VM using the below example URI.
  Ex:
  https://localhost/cqweb/restapi/IBM/TEST/RECORD/{{recordId}}?for
  mat=XML&recordType=Defect&{{loginid}}&password={{password}}

  XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </fields>.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.12, 9.0.2.4 and 9.1.0.1.
  ClearQuest Web will now show a proper error message if the
  record does not exist in the REST URI for XML,ATOM and JSON
  format.
