Error description

• Messages of the form "CWSAA0037W: Duplicate JNDI name
  <jndi_name>" may be written to the logs in error when
  no such condition exists if the Aries.eba.launcher trace group
  is enabled.
  There are no other negative functional effects other than the
  incorrect output of the messages.

  Processing of resources for JCA 1.5 Resource Adapters involves
  an interaction with the OSGi internal framework for potential
  use with OSGi applications.  If the OSGi internal framework is
  not initialised at the point where the resources are processed
  then processing by the inner framework is delayed until it is
  activated.  If there are no OSGi applications then
  the inner framework may never be activated.  The retry
  mechanism for the delayed processing contained a defect that
  mis-identified the retry as an attempt to configure a resource
  with a duplicate JNDI name.  If the Aries.eba.launcher trace
  group was enabled then this resulted in the CWSAA0037W:
  Duplicate JNDI name <jndi_name> message being produced in the
  logs.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Aries integration component was modified to correct the
  delayed processing of resources for JCA 1.5 Resource Adapters.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
