*                 z/OS.                                        *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Reverse Engineering (GEN) function  *
*                      generates catalog statistics            *
*                      without sufficient COMMIT statements.   *
*                      This lack of COMMIT statements          *
*                      can lead to catalog locking             *
*                      problems when the SQL is run.           *
****************************************************************
This APAR provides enhancements to add additional COMMIT
statements in generated SQL that updates catalog
statistics. A COMMIT statement is added at least every
500 statements.
