  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The apply job generated during the      *
  *                      Change management (CM) analyze          *
  *                      process does not contain REBIND         *
  *                      PACKAGE statements for all packages     *
  *                      that can be invalidated during a        *
  *                      referential integrity change. As a      *
  *                      result, these invalidated packages      *
  *                      are not rebound in the WSL and only     *
  *                      processed by the autorebind in          *
  *                      ADBTEP2 during change run time.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides enhancements to add REBIND statements
  for packages that are invalidated by an added constraint
  with a delete rule of SET NULL or CASCADE. REBIND
  statements will be added to the WSL during the change
  analyze process or Compare run, so users can see all
  packages that will be rebound when the apply job is run by
  using ADBTEP2.
