Error description

• When playing back a multi-user workload that uses datasets with
  more than one agent, some users may exit with the error:
  
     End of dataset reached, 'Exit User' action taken
  
  even though the dataset has enough rows to ensure that the end
  would not have been reached.
  
  The problem may even be observed if the Dataset Properties in
  the test(s) have "Wrap when the last row is reached" checked.
