  Db2 expects a blank after a comma delimiter if the Db2 setup
  has specified decimal point = comma.
  The SQL CREATE TABLE contains elements with DECIMAL(nn,n) which
  do not execute correctly in this case.
  

Problem conclusion

• Spaces have been added into DECIMAL(nn,nn) definitions in
  CREATE TABLE definitions.
