Error description

• Panel HAA$DSD - Add new field ("Generation Options") to allow
  customers a choice in how the SYSUT1 dataset (for REORG INDEX
  utility) is generated during the BUILD. Valid values are as
  follows:
  "D" - Generate DD regardless of Job Template option. This will
  be the new default for the REORG IX SYSUT1 only.
  "T" - Generate Template regardless of Job Template option.
  "J" - Generate based on the Job Template option.
  IMPORTANT: Possible Post-Install Customer Action Necessary:
  PTF UI68399 changed the default for SYSUT1 to TEMPLATE. After
  APPLYing PH30283, SYSUT1 on REORG INDEX will default to a DD,
  rather than a TEMPLATE.
  Now that the SYSUT1 default is once again "DD", those customers
  who want SYSUT1 to be
  generated as a TEMPLATE must change the value of the new
  Generation Options field (panel HAA$DSD) to either "T"
  (TEMPLATE) or "J" (as long as the TEMPLATE job option is
  enabled).
