Problem conclusion
If native environment variable "IHS_NO_SSL_SEND_MERGE" is set, merging of multiple small writes into a single sendv() will not be done. This should only be enabled if recommended by IBM support. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in IBM HTTP Server fix packs 8.5.5.19 and 9.0.5.7.
