Error description

• Db2 Object Compare: No index rebuild is generated in the
  worklist when a primary key and corresponding primary index
  are added to an existing table with DEFER YES specified
  
  When it is a primary index and the associated primary key is
  defined on the same change the corresponding REBUILD index is
  not included in the work-list.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An index is left in REBUILD-pending     *
  *                      (RBDP) state after running a comparison *
  *                      even though the Run REORG/REBUILD       *
  *                      option was set to A.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  Running a comparison that generates CREATE INDEX with DEFER YES,
  will cause the index to go into REBUILD-pending (RDBP) if the
  table has data. When the change
  also does an ALTER ADD PRIMARY KEY or COMMENT ON TABLE, the
  required REBUILD INDEX is not generated in the WSL. This occurs
  even when the Run REORG/REBUILD option is set to A.
  The missing REBUILD INDEX operation leaves the index in a
  REBUILD-pending state.
