• ABENDS0C4 in module IQCQRY61 at x'2FA' in QCF Server using QCF
  ISPF Query function during multiple TIMEOUTs in a row due to
  response delays from IMS.

  If the Query function of the QCF ISPF UI is used when the IMS
  CTL region is busy, it may display a panel with no message or
  a QCF error report.
  This is because there is no response from the IMS CTL region
  and a timeout is detected.
  If the Query function is repeated many times in an ISPF UI
  session where a timeout is detected, the QCF Server may receive
  an outdated and unexpected response message.
  The QCF Server usually ignores and discards such messages.
  However, depending on the timing, it may continue processing
  without discarding the message.
  At that time, ABEND0C4 occurs because the message format is
  inconsistent.
  

Problem conclusion

• QCF Query has been changed to discard message in unexpected
  format.
