APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After upgrading to ClearCase/ClearQuest 9.0.1.10, attempts to
  cancel delivers and perform other UCM operations in an OSLC
  integrated environment return "ACTION_COMMIT" hook failures with
  the underlying cause of:
  Can't exec "D:\Program Files
  (x86)\IBM\rationalsdlc\clearcase\bin\squidtool {rest of command
  line}": %1is not a valid Win32 application.
  
  Investigation showed that the path to the "squidtool"
  application should be in quotes as it contains spaces.
  

Local fix

• Currently, the only solution is to reinstall ClearCase and
  Clearquest to paths without spaces.
