Error description

• Change Management.  When an invalid drop command is imported,
  
  DROP DATABASE DBTEST.TSTEST for example, the import receives
  
  IBM0032S ONCODE=612 The CONVERSION condition was raised because
  a conversion error occurred when converting a character string
  to an arithmetic value etc

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An invalid SQL statement causes an      *
  *                      ONCODE CONVERSION error during Change   *
  *                      Management (CM) import, but the job     *
  *                      completes with RC 0.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  The user made a typo in the DROP statement. The import into CM
  returns an IBM0032S ONCODE=612 CONVERSION condition. However,
  the job completes with RC 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved. Job now will
  end with RC 16 and show that parser had an
  error.
