APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Maximum I/O times are correct, but the timestamps that
    should match those values are incorrect.  Also, timestamps are
    adjusted for Timezone offset, but not Leap Second offset.
    These issues will be corrected in this APAR.

Problem summary

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Incorrect data in IRUR Logger Report    *
    ****************************************************************
    1. Maximum I/O times are correct, but the timestamps that
       should match those values are incorrect.
    
    2. Timestamps are adjusted for Timezone offset, but not Leap
       Second offset.
    

Problem conclusion

  • 1. Max I/O timestamps are corrected to reflect the time of
       the Max I/O value.
    
    2. Timestamps are adjusted for both TZO and LSO values from
       the IMS x'4500' record.
    
    3. Several other issues addressed, including:
         Latch statistics were not correctly initialized,
         resulting in some incorrect values.
         TCB statistics percentage value calculations corrected.
         Some very large numbers were incorrectly formatted
         leading to overflows or incorrect results, which are
         now corrected.
         Sundry formatting corrections.
