Error description

• Plugin isn't able to manually propagate to remote node without
  having the overrideAutoProp property set

  Customer's who choose to use manual propagation of the
  plugin are required to add the overrideAutoProp to their
  environment to have it work.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been fixed so that overrideAutoProp is no
  longer required for manual propagation to work.
  Environments that have the property will continue to work
  as it has in the past.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  9.0.5.7 & 8.5.5.19. For more information, see 'Recommended
