  • Steps to reproduce
    ===========================================
    Create Role "TestRole" with following permissions
    
    WebUI -> Settings Tab
    Server Configuration -> View Basic System Settings and Edit
    Basic System Settings
    
    Then, assign User "test" to Role "TestRole" in System Team.
    
    Reproducing the error:
    
    1. Login as test
    2. Go to Settings
    3. Go to System Settings
    4. Click "Save"
    5. Alert prompts out: User "chris" lacks privilege: Manage
    Maintenance Mode
