Error description

  • DB2 Admin Tool: GEN on an external stored procedure fails with
ADB1934W Reason code = 48

This may occur when the stored procedure was created using the
DSNTPSMP stored procedure.  The GEN fails to process the
body stored in SYSROUTINES_SRC and may issue warning

ADB1934W SQL body was not found for the following object. The
original DDL will be generated.  Please verify the DDL.
            Reason code = 48


The message indicates that the body is not found even though it
is present

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: GEN issues message ADB1934W when        *
*                      processing an external SQL stored       *
*                      procedure.                              *
****************************************************************
When a user creates an external SQL stored procedure using the
SYSPROC.DSNTPSMP stored procedure, GEN might not process the DDL
correctly, resulting in the ADB1934W message and unformatted
DDL.
