Error description

• An unload fails with a completion code of 8 after having issued
  the irrelevant thus misleading message
  INZC004E INCOMPLETE OBJECT DEFINITION FOR TABLESPACE
  DBTLS00.TSALTER1
  PARTITIONNING INDEX MISSING
  This occurs when the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the objects from a list (FROM LIST) are unloaded
  - the list of objects contain an ARCHIVE table
  

Local fix

• if applicable, consider excluding the ARCHIVE table from the
  list by modifying the LISTDEF statement. If the ARCHIVE TABLE
  was not included by mistake, consider unloading it with a
  separate unload statement requesting this very table be unloaded
  (SELECT FROM table and not FROM LIST(list)) in SQL mode (by
  specifying the DB2 FORCE option).
