Error description

• When the SYSUT1 template is generated for the Reorg Index
  utility, an invalid value can be generated for the UNCNT parm -
  which specifies the # of devices that are to be allocated.
  
  Acceptable values for UNCNT must be in the range from 0 to 59.
  However, this value is currently being set according to the
  Max Tape Vols/DASD Units field on panel HAA$UREX
  (Reorg Index Utility options) - which allows values from 0 to
  255. As a result, utility execution will fail due to the invalid
  value.
  
  
  The resolution for this bug will include a new UNCNT field added
  to panel HAA$DSD (Update dataset options) =
  which will accept the appropriate values (0 - 59).
