APAR status

Error description

  • DB2 Admin Tool:  DROP COLUMN option cannot be selected on panel
ADB21TA.

Local fix

  • It is possible to use the C line command against the table, and
once the columns are displayed, the DROP line command can be
used to drop a particular column.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The "DROP COLUMN" option                *
*                      cannot be selected from panel           *

Panel ADB21TA "Alter Table" should not
restrict the "DROP COLUMN" option from
being selected for table objects of type "T".
