Error description

• In Db2 v11, in situations where a new trigger is expected to be
  added via Change Management or Object Compare, a SQL

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: SQLCODE -525 is issued when attempting  *
  *                      to add a new trigger.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  When a user attempts to add a trigger in Db2 v11 by using Change
  Management or Object Comparison, and the target is catalog,
  they might receive an SQLCODE -525 error, causing the Change
  Management analyze job or the Object Comparison compare job to
  fail with RC 12.
  
  This issue does not occur in Db2 v12.
