• After a storage violation, an abendS0C4 occurs in program
  DFHTFIQ.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An abend 0C4 / AKEA occurs at           *
  *                      offset x'42E' in module DFHTFIQ.        *
  ****************************************************************
  DFHSMAR detects a storage violation in a task. DFHTFIQ is
  called for SET_TERMINAL_FACILITY to increment the storage
  violation count (TCTTESCV) in the TCTTE.
  The TCTTESCV field is in the TCTTETTE (TCTTE BMS Extension)
  which is addressed by TCTTE field TCTTETEA. There is no terminal
  for this transaction, so it is all down to luck if it works or
  results in an S0C4 abendAKEA.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHTFIQ has been altered so if the facility type is an ICE
  (START without a terminal) or if there is no facility then
  it will return an EXCEPTION response with a reason of
  NO_TERMINAL and will not attempt to update the storage
  violation count in the TCTTE.
