PH29167: PERFORMANCE AND DIAGNOSTIC ADVISOR CONFIGURATION CAUSES WARNING MESSAGE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CONSOLE

Error description

• Opening "Performance and Diagnostic Advisor Configuration" in
  WebSphere Application Server 9.0.5 causes warning message in
  administrative console.
  
  The following warning message:

  Advisor Mean has not started and there are no runtime settings
  available. This is either because the server is not started, or
  has just started and the Mean has not fully
  initialized

  When opening the Performance and Diagnostic Advisor
  Configuration,
  it causes the following warning message to be shown in the
  Administrative Console, when using WebSphere Application Server
  9.0.5.
  The Runtime Performance Advisor Mean has not started and there
  are
  no runtime settings available. This is either because the server
  is
  not started, or has just started and the Mean has not fully
  initialized.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed to resolve the warning message from being sho
  in the Performance and Diagnostic Advisor Configuration.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
