Error description

• The spool file is erroneously purged if the ARSYSPIN user exit
  3 returns a ARSYXP03_RCBREAK (5) return code and ARSLOAD fails.

  exit 3 returns ARSYXP03_RCBREAK and ARSLOAD fails
