PH29025: SCT/SDT/TCT/TDT TASK WOULD FAIL DURING STARTING AND THEN TERMINATE DUE TO AN INTERNAL ERROR

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When starting a subscription for refresh or mirror, an
  exception would occur during initializing communication channel
  for above task and is not well handled, this will cause the
  communication channel initialization to fail as well as the
  corresponding task to terminate, and finally the subscription
  starting fails.
  

Local fix

• Restart the issued subscription.
