  Currently, SYSPROC.ADMIN_COMMAND_DSN executes only a BIND,
  REBIND, or FREE DSN subcommand.  It does not execute a
  DCLGEN DSN subcommand.

• SYSPROC.ADMIN_COMMAND_DSN is enhanced to execute a DCLGEN
  DSN subcommand.
  By enabling SYSPROC.ADMIN_COMMAND_DSN to execute a DCLGEN
  DSN subcommand, modern IDEs can more easily generate
  language structures for data objects. This capability also
  reduces the z/OS skills required to create and submit a JCL
  job that executes DCLGEN.
