Error description

• HP Load does not update the Reorg# when all of the following
  conditions are met:
  - IMS V15
  - HALDB
  - OSAM
  - Smart Reorg utility with REORGINPUT=ULDS
  - REORGV is specified in RECON
  The issue occurs after applying APAR PH22458/PTF UI70304.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes some issues contained   *
  *                      in APAR PH22458/PTF UI70304.            *
  *                      This APAR is required when using the    *
  *                      Encrypted OSAM database data set with   *
  *                      Reorg Expert.                           *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR fixes the following issues contained in APAR PH22458/
  PTF UI70304.
  1. HP Load does not update the reorg# when all of the following
     conditions are met:
     - IMS V15
     - HALDB
     - OSAM
     - Smart Reorg utility with REORGINPUT=ULDS
     - REORGV is specified in RECON
  
  2. ABEND0C4 occurs when all of the following conditions are
     met:
     - IMS V15
     - DFSUINPT DD DUMMY
     - OSAM LDS is used
  
  3. ABENDU3725 occurs when all of the following conditions are
     met:
     - IMS V15
     - DBD is OSAM
     - ILDSBLD=C is specified
  
  This APAR is required when using the Encrypted OSAM database
  data set with Reorg Expert.

        separate job by using IMS Index Builder.

        ILDS is rebuilt in the same manner as with IMS HD
        Reorganization Reload.
  |     For OSAM database, C is changed to YES,DSPR internally.
  
    NO
        ILDS is not rebuilt. In this case, You must rebuild
        ILDS after the reorganization of database.
