  1.Abend 0C4 occurred because the incorrect caller's registers
    are returned from the called subroutine.

  GLOBAL TIMEZONE issues in Batch reporting.
  
  2. NTH Db2 command events are displayed in wrong interval.
  The start and end times for the NTH statistics intervals were
  calculated incorrectly causing events being placed in a wrong
  statistics time intervals.
  
  3. QLST section is printed because comment terminator in QLAC
   formatting function is missing and causing invalid code flow.
  
  4. Batch Audit reporting workarea was not initialised properly.
  
  5. SQL statements in Batch Reporting TKO2SAMP member DGOSUPDB
  weren't formatted correctly - several statements had lines
  longer than 80 characters and RESTRICT was missing from DROP
  statements.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1.To change logic to provide the correct returned registers of
    the caller from the called subroutine.
  
  2. NTH Db2 command events are displayed in wrong interval.
  Corrected the start and end time for NTH statistics
  time intervals.
  
  3. Fix routine nfmtqlac in file DGONFLST.
  
  4. Amend Batch Audit reporting initalisation procedure.
  
  5. Reformat SQL statements in Batch Reporting TKO2SAMP member
  DGOSUPDB.
