PH28718: WRONG SQLPART EVALUATION FOR AN UNLOAD RUN IN SQL MODE

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An unload processed in SQL mode and specifying an SQLPART option
  does not unload the data corresponding to the list of
  partitions specified by SQLPART option.
  
  This occurs only if the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the partition limit key contain a decimal, float or decfloat
  column
  - the Db2 DECIMAL POINT is COMMA
  - the table space involved in the unload was created in a Db2
  version prior to V11.
  

Local fix

• if applicable, consider running the unload in native mode by
  specifying the DB2 NO option.
