PH28700: POST UPGRADE ISSUE - EVEN THOUGH USERS HAVE THEIR TEAMS IN PREFERENCES, ITS SHOWING ALL THE TEAMS WHILE INSTALLING THE AGENTS

Error description

• The teams field for installing a new agent does not respect the
  user's default teams preference. Instead, the code makes a
  synchronous request to "security/teamsWithCreateAction/Agent"
  and uses the resulting teams as the defaults for the teams
  field. This has caused some confusions.
  

Local fix

• User preference teams have been modified in javascript of agent
  installation.
