  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds Change Management (CM)   *
  *                      batch parameter values to ADBMSGS.      *
  ****************************************************************
  With this APAR, the consolidated messages file ADBMSGS can now
  list all non-blank values of CM batch parameters.
  
  ADBMSGS can include the following lists of CM batch parameter
  values:
  
  a list of initial and profile values
  a list of parameter values from an invocation
  setting/override:
  a list of the final values that were used
  Each of these lists is identified by message
  ADB7957I/msgadb7975i.
  Within each list, the parameters are ordered alphabetically.
  
  The first list (initial and profile values) is always
  included in ADBMSGS. This list is identified by the header
  "CM batch parameters-init and PROF" in message ADB7975I.
  
  The second two lists (invocation setting/override values
  and final values) are optional. These lists are identified by
  the headers "CM batch parameters-PARMS DD applied" (for
  invocation setting/override values) and "CM batch
  parameters-final" (for the final values).
  
  To control whether these last two optional lists are
  included, use the new CM batch parameter LIST_OPTIONS.
  You can specify Y or N. The default value is 'N', meaning
  that, by default, these lists are not included in ADBMSGS.
