Error description

• This PTF fixes the following problems:
  
  1) Db2 V11 - Panel HAA$TSQL:  Advanced SQL containing 140 lines
  (or
  more) can result in:
       a.  HAAM182E "syntax error" message after pressing PF3
       b.  -302 SQL error after entering "EXEC" command
  
  2) Db2 V11 - Panel HAA$ISQL - same symptoms as #1
  
  3) Db2 V12 - Panel HAA$ISQL - same symptoms as #1
